Tick-Talk-Clock is a program that runs on any Windows PC, XP (Service pack 2) or later.
Perhaps your normal meeting room is equipped with a desktop PC. Perhaps one of your members has a laptop that they bring to every meeting.
Tick-Talk-Clock does not need to be online. You must be online to download, install, and register, but you can run offline at your meeting.
Tick-Talk-Clock runs under Microsoft's ".NET Framework". This is a foundation, or a core, or a runtime library, that we use.
Many programs are written this way, and if any of them are installed on your computer, you already have the .NET Framework installed.
If you don't have it installed, our installer will automatically install it for you.
Would you like to see if you already have it installed? Using Windows Explorer,
Go to your Windows folder,
Look for a folder named "Microsoft.NET",
Then for a folder named "Framework".
Then you will see one folder for each version. We need version 2.
Don't worry about this. If you need it, we will automatically install it, although it does take some time. If it does start to install,
you should go get some coffee.
If you already have the .NET Framework, we will skip that step and our program will install quickly.

If you are using Internet Explorer, it will ask if you want to Run or Save the file. Run it.
If you are using Mozilla FireFox, it will save the file, and you have to find it and double-click it to run it. If you don't see your download list pop up, you can click the TOOLS menu, and select "DOWNLOADS". Our file will be at the top of the list. Double-Click it.
Depending on your security settings, you may see a warning that the publisher could not be verified. Sorry, but "Code Signing Certificates" are only issued to companies, not to individuals. You can scan the downloaded file for viruses, although your anti-virus software already checked it out during the download.
The Setup Wizard will start. Follow the prompts, and click "NEXT" at each step. It lets you specify a location. "C:\Program Files\Tick-Talk-Clock\" is typical. If you don't like that choice, you can Browse to another folder.
When the installer is finished, you will have an icon on your desktop. You can also start Tick-Talk-Clock with "Start", "All Programs", "Tick-Talk-Clock".
To uninstall Tick-Talk-Clock, use "Control Panel", then "Add / Remove Programs".
You will begin in Free Trial Mode. This is the full product. You can use it at up to ten meetings.
