• As people file in, they see the time of day displayed on a green background.
• We give a five-minute warning. The light changes to yellow, and we ring a bell.
• At 8:00 PM we change to red and bang a gavel.
• At 8:03 the red light starts flashing. You can bang the gavel manually as often as you see fit.
• When you have established order, you can stop this script and begin your meeting.
